About Me/Teri…
I help people reconnect with their inner wisdom, heal from past wounds, and discover their authentic life purpose. As a Reiki Master, Akashic Records reader, astrologer, and certified breathwork practitioner, I bring together multiple healing modalities to clear the way for transformation and growth.
I help people figure out how to be happier, heal relationships, understand themselves and others better and overall find their way back to what they came to this world to do. I accomplish this with a deep understanding of the human condition coupled with a lot of humility, tact and humor. I use my own healing journey, life experiences, struggles and trauma to convey what it feels like to begin the process of healing, to commit when the past wants to pull us back and to recognize when we have come through to the other side.
Mine is a multi-modal practice. All the tools I have acquired over the years complement each other and I love to introduce my clients to the magic of “knowing” that comes from within. We are being asked to anchor our lives, to be stable and resilient amidst the chaos of our current time. I help people do just that and I would love to help you!
